Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled. You must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations and Compliance

Ad168 integrates with several third-party services, including:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google
  • Pinterest
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • Google Maps API
  • Facebook Ads Library

By using Ad168, you agree to comply not only with these Terms & Conditions but also with the respective terms and policies of each third-party platform. Users must follow the specific advertising, data usage, and API policies of each service. Failure to adhere to third-party terms may result in account suspension.

You grant Ad168 permission to access and retrieve data from these third-party services, including advertising metrics, audience insights, and competitor ads. Ad168 provides insights from Google Maps API to help users find and manage potential B2B leads, and Facebook Ads Library to display active competitor ads.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all advertising and campaign activities comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, including consumer protection, data privacy, and advertising guidelines. Ad168 disclaims any liability for user-generated content that violates such laws or regulations.

5. Data Ownership and Protection

By using Ad168, you retain full ownership of the data and content you upload, including your campaigns, ads, leads, and performance metrics. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this data as necessary to provide and improve our services.

All data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). We take measures to protect your data using encryption, secure storage, and access controls.

We will never sell your data to third parties, and it will only be shared with third-party services that you explicitly connect with through our platform (e.g., Facebook, Google). You may revoke our access to these third-party services at any time, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the platform.

In cases of data breaches, we will notify users within 72 hours, in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Payment, Billing, and Refunds

Payments for subscription plans are due at the time of registration and will renew automatically. You must provide accurate billing information and ensure that payment methods are kept up to date.

All subscriptions are non-refundable. However, users may cancel their subscription at any time, and their access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all advertising content, campaigns, and activities comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including but not limited to:

Users acknowledge that GOPromo, LLC is not responsible for any legal violations arising from user content or activities. The liability for legal compliance falls entirely on the user.

8. Google Maps API and Facebook Ads Library Usage

When utilizing the Google Maps API to search and save potential leads, users must comply with Google’s API terms of service, including but not limited to fair use, non-harassment of leads, and data privacy obligations. The Facebook Ads Library integration allows users to view competitors’ active ads on Meta platforms, but users must not engage in practices that violate Meta’s policies regarding competitor analysis.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

In addition to our Privacy Policy, Ad168 complies with data protection standards outlined by the GDPR and CCPA. By using our platform, you grant us access to retrieve and process data from third-party services you connect to, including but not limited to:

  • Campaign performance data
  • Audience engagement metrics
  • Ad design insights

Data will be used to provide and enhance services, including analytics, campaign management, and performance reporting. Ad168 will never sell your data, and you may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

GOPromo, LLC is a registered business in the state of Delaware, United States. By using the Ad168 platform, you agree that any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All legal proceedings will be exclusively held in the courts of Delaware. Users acknowledge that by accepting these terms, they submit to the personal jurisdiction of Delaware courts.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or any activity that we determine to be harmful to the platform, its users, or our third-party partners.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your data, and any outstanding payments will remain due.

12. Modifications to Terms
