You are solely responsible for ensuring that your campaigns meet the regulatory standards and policies of these third-party platforms, including restrictions on content, targeting, data usage, and intellectual property.

8. Google and YouTube Data

AD168 uses YouTube API Services to let users publish or schedule videos and view YouTube Analytics within their AD168 dashboard. This section explains how we handle information associated with these features.

1. Information We Access and Use

When you connect your Google account, AD168 requests access to your Google email address and basic profile information to identify your connected account. With your authorization, we access YouTube Analytics reports to display the performance of your YouTube content in your dashboard.

When you choose to publish or schedule a video, we send your selected video and publishing information to YouTube. This may include its title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy setting, and scheduled publication time. Publishing and scheduling actions follow the choices you make in AD168.

We store authorization tokens to maintain your authorized connection and support these features.

2. Storage and Data Protection

We store connected-account authorization tokens, uploaded content, and analytics data on our secure server infrastructure using Google Cloud services, including Cloud Firestore. We use security measures to protect this information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

3. Data Sharing and Restrictions

Google Cloud processes stored information as our infrastructure provider. Content you choose to publish, together with its publishing information, is transmitted to YouTube to carry out your request.

AD168 does not sell user data to third parties. We do not use data obtained through Google or YouTube APIs for ad targeting, personalized advertising, or retargeting, and we do not share that data with AI providers for model training. These restrictions apply regardless of the general advertising and marketing descriptions elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

4. Retention and Deletion

We retain connected-channel information to provide the features you use while your channel remains connected to AD168.

When you disconnect a YouTube channel from AD168, we delete the stored authorization tokens and associated channel data from our systems. When you delete your AD168 account, we delete the associated stored account data, uploaded content, and analytics data.

Disconnecting a channel or deleting your AD168 account does not itself delete videos already published to YouTube. You can manage those videos directly through YouTube.

5. Revoking Access

You can disconnect your YouTube channel through AD168. You can also revoke AD168's access through your Google account permissions settings.

To request deletion of information stored by AD168 or ask questions about our privacy practices, contact support@ad168.org.

6. Google's Privacy Policy

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

GOPromo, LLC is registered in the state of Delaware, United States. By using Ad168, you agree that all legal matters, including disputes, claims, or controversies, will be governed by the laws of Delaware. Any legal action related to this Privacy Policy will be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, data practices, or legal requirements. Any significant updates will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of Ad168 constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
